on positive attitude

living in a culture dominated by negativity...disillusionment and uncertainty, it is indeed a challenge to maintian a positive attitude in life. You would be surprised by that every little emotiona in your everyday life passes through a little tunnel in your thought process controlled by your attitude. If you learn to live positively and adopt a life-style that re-enforces this behaviour will contribute substantially to influence your life in physical, mental and spiritual domain. Focus on few basic things;

1. Proper lifesytle: stress-free life, handle your emtions, discss and share your feelings with your friend, as it give a vent to your pent-up emotions.

2. Healthy lifesytle: exercise regularly... walk atleast 10,000 steps a day (difficult!!! not really)

3. Get good food: some food act as anti-stress like vitamin b12. help you improve your memory and fight depression. eat eggs, cheese, fish for omega3 

4. Meditate..pray regulary..as its help relax you and improve your concentration

5. Get good sleep: atleast 7 hours of sleep on regular basis. Do not keep yourself up too late.

6. Hang out with people who share your positive beliefs and ideas.

7. Have some interest other than studies and work...like reading/ watching movies /trekking / sports...
